3-in-1 Mounting Bracket PVC

The Hide-A-Hose MD 3-in-1 Mounting Bracket provides a secure mounting point for compatible rectangular basic central vacuum inlet valves. Designed for both new construction and retrofit installations, this versatile PVC backing plate helps properly position and support the inlet valve while providing a connection point for the central vacuum piping. For new construction, the mounting bracket can be nailed or screwed directly to a wall stud before drywall is installed. For existing-wall installations, the stud-mounting flange can be trimmed away and the bracket installed through a 2-3/8 x 4-1/4-inch wall opening. The rear spigot is designed to connect with a compatible central vacuum fitting such as a tight 90-degree elbow or coupling. SKU 517 is intended for standard low-voltage basic inlet installations and does not incorporate a 110/120-volt electrical connection.
