Shipping Policy:

Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping unless a fixed shipping price is stated for the item. We will ship the best method available. For orders under $25 we will ship using the service indicated on your order. Items valued at over $100 will ship "indirect signature required". Free Shipping does not apply to HI AK or PR. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders shipped outside the continental US. All stated warranties are for US customers only. Items shipped internationally are not covered by the manufactures warranty and are sold “as is”. Items over $200 ship “indirect signature” required. If you have questions please contact us. 

Returns Policy:

We believe in offering the Very Best...Value, Quality, and Selection. If an item you purchase from ClassicVac.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us.

Web Orders:

To return an item, you must first contact us to receive a return authorization within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the item is unopened, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. The full refund does not include the cost of the original or return shipping. If shipping to you was offered for free, you will only be required to pay for the return shipping.

If the item is opened, you may be required to pay a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item. The refund does not include the cost of the original or return shipping. If shipping to you was offered for free, you will only be required to pay for the return shipping.

Parts such as Bags, Belts, Filters are only returnable in new unopened condition.

Note: Vacuum cleaners must be returned in "like new" or "slightly used" condition. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return.

In Store Orders:

All of our Vacuums are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product simplify return it for a refund or exchange it for a different product.

Special Order Items are either unreturnable, or will be charged a restocking and/or return shipping fee, depending on that items specific manufacturer or distributors policy.

Opened Parts such as Bags, Belts, Filters are returnable in new condition.
